It's my first night in Tokyo and I have to go see 新宿 しんじゅく Shinjuku. At first, I see Shinjuku as a large office district with many skyscrapers and everyone's already left for home.

The famous LOVE sign. During the day, it is barely noticed amongst all the busy people coming and going to and fro. But at night, it sits quietly and begs for your attention.

Around the train station, not far from the skyscrapers, is the real heart of Shinjuku. At night, this area lights up with neon lights and crowds of people wandering through the shops or just looking for a good time.
